3. Payment And Terms
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
- Payment must be made at the time of purchase.
- All prices Quoted are for local pickup at our Girard Pennsylvania Nursery. Unless other prearrangements are made.
- Orders fulfilled and not picked up after 3 business days will be charged a storage/watering fee of $1 a day for containers and flats, and $2 a day for balled and burlapped nursery stock. After a order is left longer than 30 calendar days, it will be considered abandoned, and ownership will revert back to Grow Girard/ growgirard.com.
- Discounts on items or nursery stock are on a order by order basis. Factors for a discount include but are not limited to, $ amount of order, number of items ordered, customer loyalty, and general ease of doing business with the customer.
- Refunds are very limited on nursery stock, and notification of any problems or desire for a refund must be made with in the first 24 hours of receipt of nursery stock. That having been said. We will do our best to work out any problems or discrepancies.
4. Termination Conditions
- Grow Girard and growgirard.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for any user who violates these terms.
- Users may terminate their accounts at any time by contacting customer support.
